Turtle Back Zoo

On Wednesday, I took Ethan along with Kimberly (my sister-in-law) and her little guy Rylan to the Zoo. It wasn't a huge zoo but it was good enough for the boys to enjoy. We had such a fun time. We took a little train ride around a reservoir and saw some fun animals. Ethan was so fascinated by the animals he could get close to. At times I thought he was going to try to climb over the fence to get to them. It was so cute! Here are some of the pictures from our little outing.
This has to be the closest I've been to a bear. Yikes!
This is my favorite picture! These little skylights were in an area where there was a groundhog walking around. The kids could poke their heads up through these little skylights like a groundhog. Ethan thought it was so hysterical. He was cracking up, as you can see!
Jen and Ethan play in a little fountain.
Jen and two very tired, worn out little boys in front of a peacock.
A closer shot of the peacock. So beautiful!
Kimberly, Rylan, Jen and Ethan at the entrance to the zoo.
Jen, Ethan and a very cool looking Rylan on the train.

Ethan loved getting close to this donkey. He really wanted to reach out and touch him.
Ethan and the chickens. When the chickens saw Ethan by their cage, they all started walking over to get a closer look at him. Ethan was loving it!
